In her early career, Anna worked as a civil engineer in land development for some of the most high-performing developers in the region. While working on premier master-planned communities, she distinguished herself as a project manager with an affinity for preserving the developer’s vision while reining the technical aspects of the engineering design. Her ability to communicate big-picture concepts and direct the development team’s consultants in her early career now translates to her role in leading DUDLEY on a path of steady growth while maintaining its core vision and values. Informed by her experience on teams with rapid growth, Anna’s role is to develop and maintain streamlined business operations, establish excellent staff development practices, and plan strategically for the continued growth and expansion of DUDLEY.
Rick has been a practicing engineer in Texas for over 35 years. Initially he practiced both structural and civil engineering. He literally “wrote the book” for the first comprehensive drainage system analysis, ordinance, and design manual for the City of College Station in the 1980’s. Rick turned his focus to practicing solely structural engineering at the turn of the century. Since then, he has been developing strong relationships with architects around the state and building a portfolio of projects ranging from complex auto dealerships to local civic and recreational facilities. Sharing his wealth of knowledge with the next generation of the design community, Rick is known as a mentor to engineers in the firm and has served as a Professor of Practice in Texas A&M’s Architecture Department.
Since founding the firm, Drew has expanded the team and continues to wear many hats while running and growing the business, although his most cherished role is teaching and mentoring his employees. Teaching is a persistent theme in his life, as he also works as a Professor of Practice at Texas A&M University’s Department of Construction Science. Drew has earned several recognitions and awards in the community in the past several years including most recently being named the National Society of Professional Engineers’ “Young Engineer of the Year” for the State of Texas in 2020 and Aggie 12 Under 12 in 2021.

Nathaniel (Nathan, Nate) brings over 20 years of experience in structural engineering, with skills ranging from offshore O&G and marine shipping to onshore industrial, commercial and residential structures. Nathan graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M in 2002 and began his career in Offshore Oil & Gas, while obtaining a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Houston in 2006. After obtaining his PE in 2009, he accelerated into engineering project management while leading a large engineering department and overseeing large energy projects. During this time, he began consulting with some Houston local steel fabricators and found his way into running his own consulting business [from 2016 to 2022] offering inspections and design of industrial, commercial and residential structures. In his free time, Nathan enjoys participating in extracurricular activities with his family, wife and kids, exercising, hiking and practicing music.
