One of the blessing of entering into the field of engineering is that it is typically a calling, not just a job. If you know an engineer, it is likely difficult to keep them from marveling at various structures, infrastructure, etc. while on vacation or even at a bar (structural engineers are very guilty of always looking up at the structure of an establishment).
