Dudley Engineering provided the structural design for this new 80,000+ SF single-story self storage facility. The foundation consist of a mat foundation with perimeter insulation for frost protection.
The superstrucure is comprised of cold-formed steel framing for the posts and purlins and steel roof deck. The lateral system is cold-formed steel diagonal strap braces.
